Career Day Friday Freebie

Today is Career Day! I decided that my kids need something to keep them on their toes as they listen to each presenter. (8:15-10:40 is a long time for third graders to listen!) I whipped up this Career Day Notes form.

I will have the kids carry a clipboard and pencil to each presentation. They will write down the career of each presenter and listen for one fascinating fact from each. When we return to class, they will choose the one they liked the best. I also have a place for them to draw a quick picture of what they want to be when they grow up. Students will staple these in their social studies notebook when they are finished. It's my hope that they might listen a little closer since they have to take notes.
